Its barely 220 ml if filled till rim.
Quality is good but its not 250ml i can tell.I use 200ml Amul milk and it almost reached rim.Max 220ml if filled to the neck/rim so im disappointed i cannot pour anything above 200ml or it will spill.

The cups are good quality, sturdy, and protective of hands with hot beverages.The shipping package needs improvement however, as the bottom one cup and the two top cups in the stack got crushed and were not usable. Otherwise a good cup.
