i have been looking for a computer for a while and saw this on Amazon from NH TRADING NW LIMITED. at a great price. so hear i am writing this review. its great came with everything you need to get started at home. set it up, very easy. i am now online and i am very pleased with this WiFi enabled Complete set of Dell OptiPlex Dual Core 4GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, Windows 10 Desktop PC Computer (Renewed) . it does not look renewed and works very well i am very happy.

A stunning offer. Arrived next day. Seems like new and exactly as described,so I don’t know how they make any money out of themMine had a slight fault but they swapped it for another in a couple of days no problem.

I bought this for a 9 yr old to play some low end games and learn some computer and keyboard stuff and keep him away from our PC's. The first monitor arrived DOA but was replaced free and in an acceptable time frame given the current situation and the second monitor is good enough.Pro: the pc is a 755 sff and was spotless and in very good shape considering its age. The keyboard, mouse and dongle are brand new and the keyboard is great. The mouse is adequate for office use but I replaced it for one with more buttons and responsiveness. I really don't think you could get a better complete set-up, with support, for the price. A very good honest deal.Cons: "Renewed" is a loose term. There were 15 outdated drivers (which I'm still sorting) and will cause BSOD's all the time until sorted. The BIOS is completely out of date so you're going to have to update that yourself. I had assumed that would come under the term "renewed". The BIOS is still in "state control" so you're going to have to change that for home use as it's still set up for being a slave for a school or hospital main. Not a big problem just should have had that BIOS option changed before shipping.Upgrades: I put in a modded q6600 and a GT 1030 (the best GPU this takes) and another 4gb of ram and a HDMI VGA adaptor. I'm confident once I sort out all the drivers and flash the BIOS this will be a very good PC for a young entry level starter better than any laptop you could waste money on. A steal for the price (with the monitor) if you put some time in. These are the old Irish Dells and are built like tanks. For young gaming it runs Minecraft, Roblox, Garry's Mod, Among Us and similar flawlessly.UPDATE: After about a week of being fully updated the machine is great, hasn't crashed once and performs as expected.

wow thank you, what a fantastic bargain. I just replaced hard drive with SSD and upgraded to 16 mb ram and this beauty flies. Even without upgrade these machines are well worth the money. Also mega quick delivery and packaging was second to none......absolutely delighted

I wish I had read the reviews about this company before purchasing an item from them. I see there are numerous complaints about the way they do business. I will certainly be submitted a claim against this purchase with Amazon. This is the first time that I have ever received such a poor product from Amazon in all the years that I have been ordering from them. The cost of this was fine for a refurbished computer however noticed some wear and tare, packaging was excellent and delivery was quick so overall I'm satisfied.

A good steady computer that works well for my kids to study with. The memory and storage was enough for them to play games and save work. Had to reset it and the company was such a good help when some installations went wrong.
